Pay Range: $92,000–$110,000 per year, plus a $5,000 retention bonus paid after 12 months of continuous employment
About the Role
The Data Analyst supports all analytic efforts, including data collection, transfer, and tracking; report and dashboard development; and analysis. The analyst works with multiple departments, works directly with stakeholders in a consultative role, and helps coordinate analytic projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience analyzing data and extrapolating trends and insights from it
- Active SECRET clearance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience manipulating unstructured data
- Familiarity with open-source tools, cloud computing, machine learning, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other relevant programming languages
